Termite Inspections
We inspect both the interior and exterior, including the basement and attic for termite activity such as moisture levels, wood damage, and droppings. We also look for other wood destroying organisms.
MOLD INSPECTIONS
Certification ID: IAC2-94575 Our mold inspection services include air sampling by top of the line, reliable equipment (BREEZE ET), lab testing and a visual inspection. Surface sampling and testing will be done if there is visible fungal growth. All testing is completed by a a verified laboratory, PriorityLab. We also provide air sampling testing that can detect up to 43 different particles, such as pet hair, dust, etc upon request. General Home Inspection
We examine visible and accessible components and systems including: Roofs, foundation, grading/vegetation, plumbing, electric, HVAC, exterior and interior components. Defects, safety concerns, needed repairs, maintenance, or upgrades are identified by providing a concise and easy to navigate report including detailed photos and video. It provides valuable information to the homebuyer and may save them from costly surprises in the future.
Thermal Imagery
The infrared camera detects temperature differences and identifies issues with insulation, heating and cooling systems, and moisture issues. We use FLIR brand thermal imaging along with PROTIMETER brand moisture meters to verify or rule out suspected moisture issues or active leaks during our home inspections. This is included in your home inspection
